[1] 7-Day Return Guarantee begins on the day that you receive the vehicle. To return or exchange your vehicle, you must notify us before 8:00 p.m. EST on the 7th day. You can exchange up to two times to receive a total of three vehicles. However, the third vehicle received will not come with our 7-Day Return Guarantee and cannot be returned or exchanged if you accept the vehicle at your appointment. Vehicles may be driven 400 miles within the 7-Day Return Guarantee period. If the vehicle is driven over 400 miles, you will be charged $1.00 per mile for each additional mile. A vehicle is NOT eligible for return or exchange if it has been in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was sold in, or made subject to a lien or encumbrance other than any lien created in connection with your purchase.
